We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return.


To qualify for a return: 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or a screenshot of your bank transaction).

To begin your return:

  • Email us at sales@legendmenstyle.com or fill out the return request form on our Contact us page.

  • Once approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how to return your item via email or WhatsApp.

  • Do not send your item back without authorization, as it will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue (like broken stitches), contact us within 14 days. We’ll provide a free return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund.


📦 Lost or Delayed Orders:

If your package hasn’t arrived within 40 days of purchase, reach out to us. We’ll investigate the issue and issue a full refund if needed.


📉 Incomplete Orders:

If your package is missing any items, we’ll cover return costs or refund the value of the missing products. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.


🔁 Free Size Exchange:

Got the wrong fit? No problem! We offer free size exchanges with no return shipping fees.

 


🚫 When Customers Cover Return Shipping

For returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preferences
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, our return address is based in Hong Kong, and international return shipping rates may apply.


🛑 Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on:

  1. Customised or personalised items (e.g., with names, logos, or custom features)
  2. Gift cards

  • Ship your item using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method.

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

 

  • If approved, we’ll process your full refund to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.


Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


❌ Cancelling Your Order


Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing sales@legendmenstyle.com. After that period, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
