Return & Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind about the order and want to cancel it, please contact us at Sale@legendmenstyle.com or at Info@legendmenstyle.com to cancel the order, you have an available time of 3 hours to send us an email to cancel the order and receive a refund.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Additional non-returnable items

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To start a return, you can contact us at Sale@legendmenstyle.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN.

THE CUSTOMER HAS TO CONTACT US AND ASK FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS.

After the return is made we will issue the refund, which can take between 3-7 business days to be processed.

Non-Refunds orders

Certain types of orders cannot be refunded, in case the address provided by our customer is wrong and we delivered the product.

 

We also don't accept refund for the orders whose address was wrong, it is customer's responsability to pick up the package from the local post office in case the wrong address delivery.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
